As Service Desk Agent L1 at NAAT.TECH, you will support and monitor the end users of the applications developed in case they have any questions or incidents while using them.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree or degree in computer systems, informatics (preferably).
Experience:
- 1 year or more in a similar position supporting web and/or mobile applications
- Customer service via telephone and remote
- Management of HelpDesk tools such as Jira or Zendesk
- Incident follow-up
- Customer service
- Preferred: Previous experience in call center sales
